Maenporth beach is a mere 2 minute walk from the apartment and is a beautiful sheltered and sandy beach. Here you will also find the Cove Bar & Grill offering snacks, full meals or just a drink which can be enjoyed inside or on the patio overlooking the sea.

Golf (18 hole) Course and driving range one mile away.

This is a popular area for sailing and watersports. Maenporth is approximately 3 miles from the lively bustling town of Falmouth with its historic harbour, many fine restaurants and a good selection of shops.

Boat trips to Truro or St Mawes can be taken from the harbour.

This is an area of outstanding natural beauty, protected by National Trust. There are excellent cliff walks, secret creeks and woodlands along Helford river and rugged cliffs and seas around Lizard peninsular.

There are many interesting places to visit - historic houses and gardens, Flambards Theme Park, National Maritime Museum, Gweek Seal Sanctuary, Lands End and of course the fabulous Eden Project.
