A 5 min walk from the picturesque harbour and ideally located for all the beaches, restaurants, pubs, walks, fishing, water sports, horse riding, golf and much more which North Cornwall has to offer.

Location - 2 Dolphin Cottage provides a stylish and comfortable, fully furnished 3 bedroom, self catering holiday home for up to 8 people. The open plan living area allows for a very sociable holiday. The cottage is a 5 minute walk from the harbour at the centre of the picturesque and unspoiled fishing village of Port Isaac, popular for whitewashed cottages built in the 18th and 19th century and narrow winding lanes. At low tide there is the opportunity to explore newly exposed rock pools.

The property is an ideal base for trips to Polzeath, Padstow, Rock, Tintagel and Boscastle. Surfing, water sports, horse riding and first class golf courses are all nearby. The cottage sits within a minute walk to the coastal path. It is well served by fantastic local restaurants and cafes, offering locally caught seafood and good pubs all within walking distance. 'Pea Pod', a lovely local delicatessen yards from the cottage, provides freshly baked bread, homemade cakes, Cornish pasties and morning papers.

Drive with parking for 2 cars.

Golf - 10-15 minutes by car to two excellent 18 hole golf courses, Roserrow and St. Enodoc. Booking in advance required.

Coast and beaches - The property is located within a minute walk of the Port Isaac section of the North Cornwall coastal path and 5 minutes from the still operating fishing harbour. Polzeath beach an expansive sandy cove with some of the best surfing in Cornwall is 10 minutes by car. Daymer bay is 15 minutes by car and is a popular windsurfing spot. Dogs are welcome all year round and at low tide the beach can be walked all the way to Rock.

• Eden Project and Bodmin Moor within 1 hour drive.

Booking information - 25% deposit on booking. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
Full payment if booking within 6 weeks of arrival date. £100 additional damages deposit. Refunded within week of departure if no unreasonable damage has occurred.
