1 Oak Terrace is a stylish Victorian town house built in 1864, carefully refurbished by the current owners, and with accommodation spread over 3 floors. It occupies an elevated position behind Duke Street in the town centre, and enjoys wonderful views over the town, to the harbour and estuary.

Oak Terrace is tucked away from public view, and reached by a short footpath from St Saviour's Lane which gives access to the rear courtyard and kitchen door. The interior is spacious, well equipped and modern, but still retains all of its original charm and character. The tiered south facing front garden and patio have a real feeling of privacy, and are the perfect retreat from the bustle of the town centre only 2 minutes down the path and steps. And who needs a car when sandy beaches are a 15 minute walk away?

With 4 bedrooms, large living areas and ample toilet and shower facilities 1 Oak Terrace is the ideal place for a family holiday, and yet will appeal to those smaller groups looking for peace and quiet, with space to spread!
