Situated above Porthminster Beach with its amazing restaurant and a five minute stroll into the bustling centre of St Ives.

The house has been recently refurbished to a high standard, restoring and reinstating original features where possible.

Magnificent views can be seen from the master bedroom and particularly enjoyed when seated in the large bay window. The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom.

• Rear garden, parking for two small cars and a 20ft lawn.
• Cleaning/Towels/All beds have duvets. Linen is supplied, along with bath and beach. Travel cots and high chairs can be supplied if requested.
